Ross Lockie APAC Regional Officer AVSEC/FALICAO

Ross Lockie has worked in the security and aviation security field for over 30 years. Mr. Lockie has served as one of the ICAO Regional Officer, Aviation Security & Facilitation for Asia & Pacific for the past 8 years. Prior to taking on his current position, he spent 12 years as the Technical Coordinator/Team Leader with ICAO’s Universal Security Audit Programme and immediately prior to joining the ICAO APAC Office, was seconded to work with the United Nations Security Council’s Counter-Terrorism Executive Directorate (UN CTED) based in New York. Before joining ICAO, Mr. Lockie served as a Security Operations Manager with the Aviation Security Company Limited (AVSECO Ltd.) at the Hong Kong International Airport and prior to working in the aviation security field, served with the Royal Hong Kong Police Force.
