Prior to her current position, Ms. Lei accumulated over a decade of invaluable experience in the postal sector while working in the International Business Department of China Post, headquartered in Beijing, China. There, she specialized in developing integrated postal logistics solutions for cross-border e-commerce sellers and marketplaces. Ms. Lei also actively participates in the UPU’s efforts to safeguard postal networks against emerging threats. She has championed initiatives aimed at fostering collaboration between postal administrations and customs authorities to enhance supply chain security and facilitate international trade.
