Ngoanamokgotho Maggie Tladi Deputy Director: Trade FacilitationSouthern Africa Customs Union

Ms Ngoanamokgotho Maggie Tladi is currently serving as the Deputy Director for Trade Facilitation at the Southern African Customs Union (SACU) since July 2015. She spent the formative years of her career in retail and the banking sector before joining government. She has extensive experience in Trade Facilitation, Customs, Research and Analysis. Her collective work experience is more than 20 years obtained from several organisations prior to joining SACU. Her previous roles, amongst others, include being an Independent Consultant; a Customs and Trade Facilitation Expert at TradeMark Southern Africa (TMSA); and working in different roles as Advisor on International Customs, Senior Policy Analyst focusing on Trade Facilitation, and as the Manager for International Customs at the South African Revenue Service.
