Louisa Bentley Head of International RelationsHMRC

Ms Louisa Bentley has served as Head of Customs Bilateral Relation and Agreements for His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs since 2020. In this role, her remit includes engagement with customs administrations and partner agencies across the globe in support of the UK’s trade facilitation and compliance objectives, the negotiation of customs compliance treaties and the UK’s AEO MRA programme. Prior to this, she worked to establish the UK’s independent AEO programme and associated MRAs as the UK exited the European Union. Her previous positions within Government have focused on domestic and international UK policy priorities and have included positions with the Cabinet Office, Home Office, Department of Transport and Department of Work and Pensions.
