Nicolas Duthilleul has been the French Customs Attaché for East Asia since January 2023. Located at the French Embassy in China (Beijing), he ensures the technical and operationnal cooperation between the French Customs administration and its counterparts in China, Hong-Kong (China), Japan and Korea . He also supports French companies in their understanding of the customs regulation of the area. Nicolas has been a French customs officer for 16 years, holding several positions within local and national customs directorates, as well as at headquarters. The French Customs is strengthening its capacity for action in relation to the borders (physical, martime, digital) and to goods. While fulfilling its core missions of combatting trafficking and supporting businesses, it is also delivering on ambitious strategic projects to become the reference administration at the border."
