Ms. Karen Wilson has been with the Jamaica Customs Agency for 23 years, over this period Ms. Wilson has been the manager of a Public bonded warehouse, Returning residents unit, Valuation verification unit, Post clearance audit and currently the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Programme. Ms. Wilson was integral in the organization and successful implementation of the Jamaica AEO Programme which currently has 154 companies. She also spearheaded the expansion of the AEO Programme to include the AEO Exporter programme which currently has 34 companies. Ms. Wilson has collaborated with the Jamaica Customs Agency Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) project team to establish the ERM framework for the Jamaica Customs Agency and is currently working with the ERM Project team to implement Enterprise Risk Management within the Jamaica Customs Agency. Ms. Wilson has a BSC Degree (Double Major) in Accounting and Management, a Professional certificate in Principles and Practices of Project Management, a Post graduate diploma in Education and Training and most currently the council of supply chain professional (CSCMP) international track certification, supply chain management principles. and Supply Chain Management by Rutgers the State University of New Jersey on Coursera U.S.A.
