Vianney Lesaffre works as a Market Analyst in the Trade and Market Intelligence Section of the International Trade Centre (ITC), in which - apart from giving training courses to different audiences in several countries - he conducts especially projects related to the management and transparency of information on Non-Tariff Measures. Vianney leads ITC activities around ePing and the Trade Obstacles Alert Mechanism, mainly in West Africa. Before joining ITC, Vianney served as an expert at the United Nations Development Conference (UNCTAD) supporting projects on trade and investment facilitation.
