He joined the former Tianjin Commodity Inspection Bureau in July 1989. In December 2009, he served as the Deputy Director General and Party member of the former Tianjin China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the deputy Director General, Party Committee member and Counsel First Class of Shenyang Customs;
In September 2020, he served as Director General of Lanzhou Customs and Secretary of the Party Committee (in December 2022, he served as a member of the 13th Gansu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference);
In December 2023, he served as the Director General of Hangzhou Customs and the Secretary of the Party Committee.
He was born in Tianjin, China, and owns a Bachelor in Engineering of chemical fiber. He is a senior engineer.
